京都の銀工房「松栄堂」による純銀製の湯呑二客です。
表面には手仕事ならではの鎚目（つちめ）模様が施され、内側は磨き仕上げによる柔らかな光沢が美しく映えます。純銀の器はお茶やお酒の味をまろやかに引き立て、口当たりの良さも格別です。

経年による自然なくすみが見られますが、全体的に状態は良好。共箱（木箱）付きで、作者の銘も確認できます。
