The entire surface features intricate chrysanthemum and arabesque scrolls, creating a rich and elaborate aesthetic. The mouth of the jar is bordered by a Leiwen (key fret/geometric pattern), and the shoulder features a fan motif. The body has two pairs of functional or decorative handles (ears) molded in the shape of lions. The lid is topped with a charming lion (or Foo dog) finial. The interior and base are white glazed, with no distinct mark on the base. This piece has a strong classical presence, making it an excellent decorative jar, vase, or storage container.
