The plates feature a beautifully detailed peacock motif paired with rocks and floral patterns, executed in rich indigo with traditional brushwork. The hand-painted design and gentle aging give each piece a unique charm. Perfect for use as small side plates, soy sauce dishes, dessert plates, or for display and collection. A wonderful example of Japanese craftsmanship from the late 19th to early 20th century. Condition is very good for its age, with minor wear consistent with antique use.
